工作职责:

1. To assist the Operations Manager / Assistant Operations Manager and respective project teams in execution and development of the assigned projects;

2. To manage floor plans, layouts, manuals and working with exhibitors to ensure the assigned event’s success;

3. To work, monitor and supervise base on KPI and the performance of vendors, stand contractors, freight forwarders, utilities and other suppliers to ensure the smooth operations;

4. To be responsible for payment process and collection;

5. To assist in the management of ground and daily operation activities as well as provide administrative support on-site. 

任职资格:

1. At least 4 years experience of relevant experience in the exhibition industry;

2. Diploma or Degree holder;

3. Strong in logistics planning and implementation, detail-minded, hardworking and mature;

4. Must be a disciplined player with lots of initiative;

5. Excellent command of spoken and written English;

6. Able to work under pressure.
