1、根据公司发展战略，负责建设公司行政管理体系，制定公司行政后勤管理规划与目标、制度与流程，并组织执行，提升公司行政管理水平。

2、全面负责公司行政采购、文档管理、接待保障、会议会晤、系统管理、宣传外联等业务板块管理工作。

3、负责组织实施各类行政后勤资源管理（行政费用、物业、设施设备、低值易耗品等），分析投入产出，做好成本控制，确保合理性和规范性。

4、负责组织、安排重要客人来访的接待、商务洽谈等工作，协调内外关系，对外联络管理，宣传企业文化和公司理念，树立公司的良好形象。

5、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。

6、全面推进六大模块规划工作、企业文化建设等。重点建全薪酬、绩效、企文专业体系落实。

任职资格：

1.大学本科以上学历，行政管理、企业管理、人力资源等相关专业毕业。

2.8年以上大型集团化企业、互联网科技企业工作背景，对行政规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验。

3.具有良好的客户服务意识和经营意识，很强的组织规划、目标管理和执行、推动能力，擅于问题分析与解决。

4.较强的综合分析、人际沟通、组织协调能力，较强的阅读、表达及文字功底能力。优秀的外联公关能力及解决突发事件的能力。
