Responsibilities and key activities:
? Drive projects / products / solution technical development and productization;
? Solutions definition / implementation / verification / validation / documentation considering full chain (Reliability & Quality / Manufacturability / Installability / Maintainability / Codes and Standards / Environment)
? Key milestone readiness preparation / tracking according to KONE product development / change management process;
? Act as technical leader to coordinate and solve technical problems during the full life cycle of the solution
? Early phase R&D work for new solutions as expert role;
? Co-ordinate development with KONE’s partners & suppliers
? Co-operation with cross functions departments for products / solution implementation – both global and local & outside R&D towards business, supply lines, partners

We expect you to have
? Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Computer etc.
? Knowledge of telecommunications technologies like 5G/4G/3G, Wi-Fi, NB-IOT, CAT-M1, Bluetooth, LAN networks
? Experience of working with cloud computing, cybersecurity and IoT technologies
? More than 5 years experience in R&D field, e.g. hands-on experience in solution design, development and integration in commercial projects/solutions. IoT solution experience would be a plus.
? Ability to articulate and solve complex technical issues in an effective manner
? Ability to multi-task, and have sense of time-management & priority management
? Ability to learn things quickly & adapt to a dynamic, fast paced work environment
? Strong self-motivated & sense of ownership, and team work spirit;
? Good communication and co-ordination skills;
? Good English writing and speaking skills.
