1.Daily import operation. Closely work with purchasing team and service providers to follow up each shipment, checking delivery status and prepare import clearance documents. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness.

日常进口货物操作 与采购、货代及报关行紧密合作，跟踪并检查进口货物状态，制作和审核进口清关文件。对货物申报的准确性和及时性负责。

2.Handbook Management. E-handbook appling, balance control, modification and closure.closely work with finance and warehouse to count the bonded parts. Make sure no muddledness between different handbooks and no import/export quantity excess of handbooks. Making the bonded parts balanced statements monthly.

保税手册管理 保税电子手册的申请，变更和核销，做好手册的平衡管理。与财务和仓库密切合作，对保税物料进行盘点。防止手册间串料及超量的现象发生。每月提供保税料件的平衡报表。

3.Freight and cost settlement. Check and submit the monthly bills from service providers. Provide the cost forcast to finance at the beginning of month.

运费和成本核算 核对和提交货代及报关行的月结账单，每月初提供相关的成本预算给财务

4.Database Establish. Assist to establish and maintain the relevant database relating to import. Such as(not limited to) HS CODE, China Supervision Condition,Tariff,etc.

数据库的建立 协助主管建立并维护与进口相关的数据库，申报要素等，如(不限于)HS的归类，中国的监管条件和关税等。

5.Documents Relevant. Registrate and file the documents relating to import and handbook according to China Customs rules. Assist purchasing team and finance in payment with exchange,export VAT refund,etc.

文件整理 根据中国海关的要求和规定，对相关文件进行登记和存档。协助采购和财务部门的相关工作，如外汇支付、出口退税等。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree. Logisitic,international trade is preferred.

     本科及以上，物流管理和国际贸易专业优先

2.Two or more years working experience in the job. Good command in knowledge of logistic process,customs policy and related regulation.

    2年及以上相关工作经验，熟悉物流流程，海关政策及相关法规。

3. English level: Fluent  

    英语说写流利

4. Softwares: MS office

    熟练操作办公软件
