职位描述：

1. 协助运营经理负责淘宝天猫店铺推广、提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标。

2. 熟悉淘宝天猫后台操作及各类网络营销活动策划。

3. 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，贯彻执行改进方案 。

4. 每日监控后台数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理 。

5. 定期产品上传发布，优化库存和产品属性，定期进行商品名称关键词优化。

6. 定期监控产品库存及订单管理。

7. 配合主管完成店铺市场活动，产品调研，后台操作等等工作，共同努力促进店铺业绩增长。

8. 完成运营经理交办的其他事情

9.基本工资+绩效提成

任职需求：

1、大专以上学历，半年以上淘宝天猫店推广运营经验； 2、熟悉淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘江湖、淘宝客，超级卖霸等天猫推广运营；

3、熟悉报名聚划算，品牌特卖，淘金币等各类淘宝站内活动技巧; 4、熟悉淘宝网商品排序、网店评分、店铺运营等各种操作规则,，对店铺促销活动有较强的策划与组织能力；

5、熟悉天猫平台上的SEO推广，有成功提升（并保持稳定）网站流量的经验； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、合作精神及团队意识, 很强的谈判能力和创新能力；

7、态度积极向上，具有良好的工作积极性，并乐于解决问题。
