职位描述
主要工作职责:
支持销售部门完成下单、报价、跟单,以及通过电话或邮件回答关于产品、价格等问题。
提供日常客服工作,解答客户关于所购买软件协议及IT产品相关问题。
与其他部门一起解决客户碰到的难题。
与内部团队及外部厂商保持良好关系。
完成经理安排的其他任务等。
要求:
1年以上IT行业客户服务或销售支持相关经验。
较强的问题解决能力。
较强的沟通能力。
较强的主动性和自觉性,能独立完成工作,同时具备较强的团队合作精神。
较强的抗压能力及多任务管理能力。
有SAP系统使用经验优先考虑。
英语读写能力。
KEY TASKS:
· Provides accessible day to day contact point for customers
· Service accounts by processing orders and quotes, answering inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, credit, catalogue / price list management, and volume licensing questions via phone or email
· Act as the first point of contact for defined customers on all of their licensing enquiries
· Assist in educating the customers about Insight.com and related services
· Interact with other departments to resolve customer issues
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and ensure complaints are resolved to the benefit of Insight and the customer
· Attend training seminars as available on customer licensing programs and products, and must also remain knowledgeable of department functions and system technology
· Develop strong working/selling relationship with internal Operations teams and Business Partner Managers
· Develop relationships with vendor partners
· Stay as needed to assist with end of month/quarter sales activities
· Provide feedback to Outside Sales counterparts to assist in development of assigned accounts
· Proactively contact customers [ renewals ]
· Obtained relevant Vendor certifications as required
· Provide backup & overflow support when necessary
· Deliver to customers agreed SLA’s
· Process Bill to set ups when required either directly or via CSR
· Provide support and handover to teammates
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
· Strong Customer Service Skills – can proactively identify, make decisions and resolve customer issues.
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision.

· Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask while coordinating team efforts.

· Impeccable follow up skills.
· Comply with filing arrangements
At least one year of IT experience is preferred. Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for the above.
