Responsibility:

Order and Material Management

1. Keep close contact with the sales, confirm the delivery date of sales orders, collect all the sales forecast from each Customer Sales Leader.
2. Arrange the orders to each production BU in overall, ensure the delivery date meets the needs of customers.
3. Fully collaborate with each production BU, to fully know each BU capacity, to have good order and capacity balance between each other;
4. Get out the material plan according to the order planning, based on good communication and cooperation with suppliers to make sure all the material on time;

Supplier Management

1. Set up good and professional relationship with our material supplier team;
2. Always could find ways to “free-outsource” our material stock in supplier smartly, and develop the order system together with suppliers.
3. Closely work with or give feedback to sourcing team if there is any needed, to improve the material quality and on time rate.
4. Besides Sourcing team, this role should also has good evaluation system to the current suppliers, and provide solid and concrete suggestions to sourcing department.

Warehouse Management

1. Coordinate all the WH management in each production BU, to make sure the stock level within requirements, and all the goods are same with system, via good people management and system implementation.
2. Raw material inventory control and structure optimization.
3. Prevention and treatment of dull materials.

Team Development

1. Take the full responsibility to develop his own MC team.
2. Engage and coordinate all the Production BU logistic leader team, to make sure they are good in technical knowledge and could develop as company needs, via weekly meeting and other report needed;
3. Implement company required meeting and reporting system to all the department solid or dot line subordinates.

Automatic Development

1. Improve our current ERP system together with IT and production BU.
2. Keens on developing our systematic planning system.
3. Lead and implement WMS or other warehouse management system.

Trayton Culture Requirements

1. Get in to Trayton’s management tools, like weekly plan, monthly meeting, quarterly meeting and others
2. Fully know and understand and get use trayton leadership behaviors, like big picture, seek advice and escalate and others.
3. Be the role module of Trayton Culture ambassador, could always deliver positive information or have positive impact on others.

Others

1. Any other issues under requirement from Line Manager.

Experience/Education Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer to logistics and supply chain management, economic management or related major.
2. More than 10 years supply chain experience, and more than 5 years in a management role of an independent function.
3. Used to manage 5+ direct subordinates and have rich experience of developing them.
4. Factory based background within group companies is very much preferred.
5. Had experience of supply chain automation projects is very much preferred.
