Main responsibilities:

• Provide customer excellence & prompt response to customers’ enquiries

• Ensure operational / security / safety measures are in place and met with the company guidelines

• Flight on time performance and parking bays / handling equipments / ramp are available

• Minimise offloading due to operational reasons

• Ensure all procedures / freight manual are in place

• Ensure smooth handling of all transhipments

• Ensure sufficient ULD for station use

• Ensure EDI/AMS are properly sent – 100%

• Prompt response to mail

• Handling the issue with the most efficient way

• Develops and maintains effective relationships with customers and colleagues

   

   

  Qualification requirements:

  1.            University degree

  2.            Good English in both spoken and written (CET-6 or above)

  3.            Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  4.            Computer skills, knowledge of MS Office

  5.            Willing to work on shift

  6.            Fresh graduates are welcome
