Be responsible for Business Development (BD), Sales & Marketing of Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) engineering design, manufacturing, and service / 负责电气线路互联系统（EWIS）工程设计、制造和服务相关的业务拓展，市场销售

Be responsible for establishment and maintenance of relationship with （potential）customers / 负责（潜在）客户关系的建立和维护及管理

Establish and maintain BD process in SAIFEI Integrated Management System( IMS) / 在赛飞综合管理系统（IMS）中建立和维护业务拓展相关工作流程

Organize, develop, and fulfill strategy and planning of SAIFEI business scopes which are Customer-Oriented /制定并组织实施面向客户的赛飞业务范围的战略与规划

Organize, develop, and fulfill marketing promotion plan and activities, including but not limited to the way of Website, Brochure, Video, Advertising, Exhibition & Show, and Forum etc... /制定和组织实施市场推广计划和活动，包括但不限于通过网站、宣传册、宣传片、广告、展会、研讨会等方式。

Work closely with potential customers, learn about their needs and provide positive support and quick response with the functions support/ 与潜在客户紧密沟通，了解客户的需求并在内部相关职能部门的支持下负责向客户提供积极支持和快速响应

Organize，develop，and provide respond of RFI/RFP/RFQ the preparation, leading role of development and negotiation of commercial proposal / technical proposal (as required) with the functions support, and achieve agreement with customers /组织准备和完成RPI/RFP/RFQ的应答，在各部门的支持下总体负责组织完成商务建议和技术建议（按需）的编制和谈判，并与客户达成协议。

Organize the preparation of documents/agreements with potential customers before launching contract process, to have a well communication and cooperation with Contract Manager to ensure the consistency between contract and agreed commercial/technical proposals / 组织与潜在客户在合同启动进程前相关文件、协议的准备，做好与合同经理的沟通协作，以确保合同条款与商务/技术建议的一致性。

Achieve any specific mission assigned by Deputy General Manager / 完成副总经理分配的其他工作

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Aviation / 市场，商务或航空专业学士学位。

An MBA or Master in Engineering a plus.

A Minimum of 5 years and significant working experience in aviation industry or
equivalent / 在航空或相关领域具有至少五年卓越的工作经验。

Good work experience business relationships with aircraft OEM, system/equipment supplier / 与飞机主制造商，系统和设备供应商有良好的工作经验和业务关系

Proven ability and experience managing and leading high performance of BD, Sales & Marketing teams / 可证明的领导高绩效业务拓展，市场销售团队的能力和经验。

A deep understanding and strategic thinking of  BD, Sales & Marketing process / 对业务拓展，市场销售流程有深刻理解和战略思维

Good knowledge of business promotion and commercial negotiation skills / 具有良好的业务推广技能和商务谈判相关知识

Ability to capture and identify customer real needs /具有捕捉和识别客户真实需要的能力Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen/优异的人际交往技巧和商业意识

MS Office proficiency / 熟练使用办公软件。

Proficiency and Fluency in English spoken and written  / 英语听说读写熟练，流利
