岗位职能：
1、能独立完成小型系统项目开发。
2、负责软件项目的详细设计，编码和内部测试工作，对小型系统项目兼任系统分析工作。
3、负责向部门主管及时反馈实际工作中遇到的问题，开发中的情况，并根据实际情况提出改进建议。
4、参与网站开发和维护过程中技术问题的解决。
5、对编码规则及代码性能优化有较深理解。

技术要求：
1、对网站安全了解，并能解决运营中出现的相关问题
2、精通PHP，
3、了解XML、CSS、至少一种Javascript的开源架构；
4、精通MYSQL,能够编写强大的SQL语句
5、熟悉网站布署，能独立完成PHP站点布署工作。
6、对服务器系统Linux操作有基本了解。
7、熟悉SEO技术原理，并可以进行基础SEO优化
