职位描述
Combo role of Technical Support and Customer Services for China region.
The role will provide technical support to SMART 's internal, external and authorized resellers through data, conference calls, and more in China.
The role will be the primary point of contact for coordinating resources and responding to needs.
Report to Country Manager, China Solutions with a dotted line to the Technical Support Manager at the Canadian Headquarter
Job Responsibilities
? Primary responsibility as Technical support for SMART's internal and external customers via phone and email in China Region
? Secondary responsibility to own Customer service calls in China during business hours as Help Desk service agent.
? Manage onsite break fix partners in the region; monitor and support repair activities as needed
? Extensive knowledge base on methods for technical troubleshooting of SAMRT products
? Provide high-quality, high-quality technical support services to customers under the guidance of the SMART Customer Service Quality Guide
? Solve technical problems without a user support manual
? Identify potential product issues, test workarounds and field repair products
? Responsible for the development of training manuals and production training courses
? According to the needs, go to the customer site for maintenance, commissioning and other technical support work.
? Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
? College degree or above in computer and related fields
? More than three years of software hardware diagnostics troubleshooting, remote diagnostics and experience in installing and maintaining computers and other audiovisual equipment
? Have a knowledge base of intermediate level or above for Windows, Mac and Unix operating systems ? Understand servers, network protocols, the Internet, network configuration, and applications under Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems
? Ability to communicate effectively with clients using professional and non-professional terms
? Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Knowledge, methods, tools and techniques for forecasting, identifying and resolving technical issues
? Ability to coordinate projects and handle multitasking at the same time
? Excellent organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and strict quality requirements ? Bilingual (English and Chinese/Mandarin) is preferred
