职位描述
Requirements 岗位要求:
1. At least 6 years experience in garment quality control and/or manufacturing sector. 至少6年服装质检或一线服装生产质量管理的经验。
2. Strong knowledge of fabric & garment construction, woven & knit. 精通面料和成衣的基本知识, 包括梭织和针织。
3. Strong communication skills. Able to work with factories, merchandisers & U.S. headquarters effectively. 善于沟通。能跟工厂、业务人员、美国总部高效沟通。
4. Good command of English, written & spoken. Able to read garment tech packs and sample comments in Enlish. Able to communicate with U.S. couterpart in emails in English. 英语说写流利。能独立阅读英文工艺资料、样衣意见等。能跟美国同事用英语进行邮件交流。
5. Detail oriented. Well organized. Hard working. 注重细节，有条理。工作努力。
6. Strong sense of responsibility. Can work independently. 责任心强。能独立作业。
7. Quick learner. Problem solver. 善于学习，善于解决问题。
8. High sense of integrity. 为人正直。
9. Willing to travel frequently inside & outside China. 能适应经常出差。
10. Experience in caps and hats will be a plus, but not a must. 服装经验以外兼有棒球帽类产品经验的话更好。
Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Travel to factories to perform in-line & final inspections. 去工厂进行中期和尾期验货。。
2. Provide production status updates to merchandisers. 向业务人员汇报生产进度。
3. Be able to foresee, prevent & solve quality issues throughout production. 在生产各阶段能预见问题、预防问题、解决问题。
4. Ensure bulk production quality is up to company standard. 确保大货产品质量达到公司要求。
