岗位职责
1、热爱、熟悉时尚行业网站微博，并且能针对微博推广形态制定活动与粉丝互动；
2、有效带动微博粉丝数量，提升微博内容质量，与博主交流推广微博；
3、跟踪微博推广效果，分析数据并反馈，分享微博推广经验；
4、与其他时尚类社交网站建立品牌合作关系，保持活跃度，推广公司品牌，提升粉丝量。
5、整合论坛、微博、SNS等新型互动营销平台资源，论坛版主、SNS红人、微博红人等营销资源的的挖掘和管理；

任职要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，做事仔细、耐心，对网络营销策划工作有一定的了解，有广告公司工作经验优先；
2、熟悉各社交平台、微博，有一定的文字功底和时尚敏感性，对微博有见识；
3、各类社交网站的活跃用户，或有线上活动营销策划运营经验者优先考虑；
4、经常进行网络购物，对服装感兴趣和时尚达人优先；
5、有致力于电子商务的意愿，能吃苦耐劳，认同创业理念，具备团队合作精神。
