Position: Talent Acquisition – R&D

Division/Department: Human Resources, Orga. & ITP/HR Management

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

• The core mission
  of this position is to ensure the organization ramp-up of the Research
  & Development Beijing Center in Region China through recruiting and
  onboarding of new employees. The main objectives of this position are the
  identification and definition of new personnel needs, derive requirements
  on the position, facilitate and coordinate activities in collaboration
  with the VCIC HR department, to setup and maintenance recruiting channels,
  organize job interviews, and design the onboarding of new personnel in the
  organization and teams. He/she will contribute to overall organizational
  development of the Research & Development Beijing Center in Region
  China and facilitate the collaboration between the Research &
  Development Beijing Center and the Human Resources department.

Your Responsibilities:

• The position is
  responsible for the described scope and tasks within the Research &
  Development Beijing Center of Volkswagen Group China. Furthermore, it
  holds the responsibility to collaborate and align with relevant
  stakeholders of Volkswagen Brand China, Audi Brand China and involved
  Joint Venture Partners (SVW, FAW-VW).
• Define and align
  new personnel needs with interface partners of the Research &
  Development Beijing Center and beyond incl. organizational roles, key
  tasks and responsibilities, job requirements and skill set

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

• Bachelor's+ degree and above

Personal skills:

• Strong abilities
  in understanding business and technical requirements and frame these
  requirements for technical and operational recruitment
• Ability to
  liaise with senior management both within the business and HR groups.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English,
  assertiveness and high service orientation
• Able to deal
  with ambiguity in a highly dynamic and ever changing environment.
• Strong abilities in proactive, self-organized work,
  and cross-functional/-entity collaboration

Working experience (in years):

• 5+ years
  professional experience in recruitment of technical positions, preferable
  in the automotive or engineering sector
• Experience in
  agile project management
• Experience in
  the Intelligent Connected Vehicle (including Autonomous Driving); New
  Energy Vehicle; Connected Services; and Innovations are a plus
• Startup
  experience is valuable

• English: fluent
• Chinese: fluent
