Job Description:

Daily system (SAP) operation;
Strengthen communication for customers;
Maintain customers, meet their demand efficiently;
Supply the table and data for customers needed;
Settle the complain from customer, draw out their suggestion and feedback to improve service quality;
Efficiently organize OP dept. working, keep op for large customers in order keep the information inputting correctly and in time, keep the KPI in standard;
Supply the information and data as customer needed correct and in time;
Management for business data and customer information, can supply analysis data.

Job Requirement:

Have strong liability for the job;
Have good communication with others;
Have good team work sprit;
Have good at PC operation;
Have relatively working experience;
College qualification;
Fluent in English;
1 year at least of relevant working experience preferably in the Logistics industry.
