3.操作和维护有关的清洁机的技能和洗涤剂使用知识。爱护设备物品，做好各种餐具，厨具的保养维护工作，尤其是每月的计划卫生保养工作；
4.保证开餐结束后的整洁卫生，达到下一次的开餐要求；
5.自觉遵守公司及部门规定的各项制度。
