Job description:

- Interacting with various internal customers including facility, quality, W/H, marketing, customer service, IT and other functional department to offer purchasing service.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organization levels to realize procurement goals and objectives.

- Work with users closely to identify and finalize goods spec, service scope and requirement.

- Request for quotation with best competitive price and payment terms upon internal customers’ requirements.

- Executing purchasing order/agreement with suppliers based on internal customer’s PR request.

- Supplier’s delivery tracking to ensure on time delivery.

- MRO management process optimization and MRO supplier data base setting up.

- Work closely with Finance team to expedite receiving and AP process.

- Complete other tasks as assigned Qualification: Education Background:

- Bachelor degree or above

Working Experience:

- Min of 5 years of experience of MRO purchasing in MNC.

- Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and a basic understanding of supply chain management functions.

- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is a plus

Skill:

- Excellent negotiation, high level of cause analysis and creative problem solving skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization

- Good command of both written and spoken English - Good PC skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.) and able to read drawings

- Logistics knowledge

- MRP experience

Attitude:

- Service and result oriented.

- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Be open-minded, self-motivated and quick learner

- Good team player
