职位描述
主要职责：
1. Product & Process manufacturing feasibility analysis.
2. Support Process Planning (interface between process and simulation)
3. The BIW VME team are experienced Process Designer users as well as Robcad, Fides, Teamcenter and Catia
4. Manage DPA 5 deliverables as part of PCS
5. Manage SE Partner resource to meet the DPA 5 deliverables
6. Data Management for BIW AME (Product CAD imports, Virtual equipment libraries, data exchange with Vendors)
7. Software development (Key User interface with IT Methods) – carry out User Acceptance Testing for new software releases, capture and feedback issues/enhancement to IT and software developers

1. Previous experience in a Body in white environment.
2. Strong organisational and numerical skills.
3. Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline
4. Achieve results and meets commitments.
5. Ability to work in a fast moving/changing environment.
6. Enthusiastic, pro-active, confident, problem solver, self motivated ，team player， team leader ，Building relationships. With good interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and good written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
7. Good sense of personal organisation and time management.
8. Experience of vehicle body assembly process development, joining technologies and body assembly equipment including tooling, automation and robotics.
9. Proven project management experience in Body Construction installation programs.
10. Computer literacy essential
11. Essential in being able to achieve PCS deliverables
12. In depth knowledge of PCS process and the manufacturing deliverables to achieve this
13. In depth knowledge of JV CAD, process planning and simulation toolsets
14. Detailed process knowledge retained in house
