岗位职责：

1.建筑学设计学本科大三在校或优秀应届毕业生

2..熟悉项目相关规范，画平面图 、建模，分析、制作、汇报文本等等；负责方案设计前期分析、查找资料；对接相关项目，对方案进行理解、报建等工作，沟通、对接各项工作；

3. 熟练应用Rhino,AutoCAD, Sketchup等专业软件；

4. 英语熟练，有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验者优先考虑; g

5.实习时间须3个月以上，超过3个月的优秀实习生可享受正规员工待遇；实习生实习补贴1500-4500元/月，具体视经验背景与工作而定，不包食宿. 

1. Minimum of three years of architectural/design study in a bachelor degree program.

2. Excellent design skills and highly motivated to learn and develop oneself further. In charge of project research, communication, modeling, analysis, rendering in assistance of designers.

3.Proficient in computer software i.e. Rhino AutoCAD Sketchup. Good physical model building skills.

4. Proficient in English speaking and writing, overseas study and work experiences preffered. Foreign designers are welcomed.

5.Regular Design Period at least three months, outstanding permance candidates has chance to join in.
