1．核算收银员完成的各种报表，检查收银员所做的报表和电脑报表是否一致。

2．审核夜审所做的营业日报表是否正确，是否平衡完整。

3．核算前台当天未结客账的余额是否正确。

4．完成酒店营业收益情况报告表，完成酒店每日现金结算表及各部门收入明细表，据以做原始凭证。

5．检查退款单上客人的签字与“入住登记表”上的签字是否一致。

6．检查前台、餐厅给予的折扣和优惠是否符合标准。

7．检查佣金、更正单是否正常，手续是否齐备。

8．检查外币现金收入与本位币现金收入的比例，防止私兑外币。

9．审核酒店免费房、宴请单是否手续齐全，严格把关，并做好统计。

10．检查房态差异表，要确保房费收入正确。

11．随时抽查各营业点有无销售酒店外的商品和不开单，不入账的情况，对于

情节严重的，要及时上报。

12．每日把各种类报表按日期、序号存放，月末装订成册。

13．月末提供成本部所需相关数据。

14．月末核对本岗位所属账户的余额。

15．检查收银工作，保证收银按制度进行，发现问题，提出改进意见，进一步

完善收银制度，防止作假现象。
