1、前台来访接待、会议室管理；
2、前台电话转接、信件、快递、包裹的收发及传达；
3、维护各项行政制度的正常运行，监督各项规章制度的运作情况；
4、负责员工的考勤统计；
5、协助上级进行人事招聘，并负责办理员工入离职手续及人事档案的建档和管理；
6、上级交给的其他临时事务性的工作。

任职资格：
1、中专以上学历，身高1.60以上，有一定的行政、人事相关工作经验优先；
2、服务意识第一，个性开朗，形象气质较好，有责任心，工作积极主动，服从安排；
3、普通话标准流利，有良好的沟通能力及执行能力；
4、熟练使用Office办公软件和各种办公室设备；
