岗位职责

1、根据公司的薪酬制度每月制作工资报表，按时发放员工的薪酬；

2、负责员工的招退工及社保的申报和缴纳手续，公司社保基数申报、调整等工作，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策；

3、按时按规制定各类相关的数据报表并按周期更新；

4、协助完成人力资源部领导规定的其它相关工作。

任职资格

1、人力资源管理、行政管理、法律、工商管理、会计等相关专业大专以上学历；

2、有2年以上的人事薪酬工作经历，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；

3、较强的书面及口头表达能力、极具亲和力与服务意识，判断决策能力强；

4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件。

5、本市户籍优先。
