1、PM系统维护，主数据建立，包含设备BOM，维修策略，计划，任务清单等

PM system maintenance, set up the master data, including equipment BOM, maintenance strategy, plan and task list and so on.

2、完善备品备件清单,规划备件的安全库存

Improve the spare part list and plan the safety stock about the spare parts.

3、负责PLC相关设备资料（电气图纸、程序、维护手册等）收集，检查核对，并对现场资料进行管理

Responsible to collect and check the documents of the PLC related equipment, include in the E-PLAN, program, maintenance manual and so on. Manage the document on site.

4、深入现场对生产设备运转过程中存在的异常问题准确判断并及时解决

Finding and solve the malfunction of the production equipment immediately during the working time.

5、开展设备TMP活动

Carry out TPM activities.

6、支持ME开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施

Support ME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it.

7、完成领导的临时工作

Complete the temporary work of the leader.

大学本科以上（工科）学历。

Bachelor （Engineering）or above degree

-英语流利

Fluent in English 

B) Working Experiences Requirements：

在汽车行业有至少两年以上工作经验，有维修或自动化方面的工作经历者优先。

At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry, work experience of Maintenance or automation is preferred

C) Technical Skill Requirements：

-能熟练使用MS Office办公软件.

Proficient in use of MS Office software.

-熟悉汽车行业设备编程软硬件设计及安装标准，能在项目前期提出有效意见及建议。

Understand equipment programming design and installation standards, effective advice can be made in the pre-project.

D) Personal Attribute Requirements： 

-有很强的责任心和良好的沟通能力。

Have a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skil

-富有团队精神，易于合作。

Good team spirit , easy to cooperate

-较强计划、解决问题、领导、管理和组织能力。

Strong planning, problem solving, leadership, management and organization skills.
