职位描述


Main Accountabilities
? New Product Planning
Prioritize initiatives and develop business case, for new product development or optimizing existing ones, for management approval from both LPG and GPG. Determine product positioning, targeting customers and value proposition to implement market oriented philosophy.
Develop consistent short and mid-term product plan and roadmap with right alignment to PG’s.

? Optimize Existing Product Portfolio in Life Cycle
Continually optimize the product competency by upgrading technical performance or by cost-out scheme.
Track customer satisfaction by NPS, warranty costs, complains, etc. for product improvement.
Conduct win-loss studies on regular basis.

? Daily Product Market Performance Management
Oversee the product’s market performance (profitability, volumes, new customers, delivery, etc.) by monthly dashboard. Conduct regular review meeting with relevant parties (Product sales marketing, Operation, etc.) to analyze the GAP, and set up corrective action plans.

? Annual Planning for Product Platform
Work with relevant parties (Product sales marketing, R&D, etc.) to develop annual product budgeting & to plan required resources.
Align the financial target with LPG’s goal by solid action plan.
Keep close contact with GPG counterparts for strategy alignment.

? Market Intelligence and Product Marketing
Actively collect and evaluate market trend and competition information on regular basis
Form and follow up G2M plan for related product line.
Form yearly product marketing plan together with MarCom team, and follow up implementation.
Improve promotional and marketing communication programs (successful story, software tool, exhibition, etc.).

? Prince Management
Price positioning and forming for related product line
Price increase and price adjustment initiatives
Secure the validity of cost information in the sales tools on regular basis.
Together with management, approve special price discount application from regional sales teams.
Together with Regional Sales and Sales & Technical Support teams, monitor the competitions’ price dynamics in the market.

? Sales Support
Cost analysis and pricing for new product
Support sales activities, including seminars, customer visits etc.
Offer product training to Regional Rales team, Sales & Technical Support Team, Channel Partners and customers.
