Purpose of the Job: 

To support the implementation and realization of the Neat & Clean packaging, secure proper quality of the packaging and unit loads, influence improvements in packaging and supply quality prevention. 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Be the interface with the warehouse operations for all packaging and unit load issues
• Provide trainings to warehouse staff on Neat & Clean and basic packaging knowledge
• Cooperate with Trading Specialist in preparing Neat & Clean training materials
• Control the compliance of problematic packaging with technical documentation
• Control the correctness of unit loads delivered to and from DCs
• Control the correctness of unit loads delivered to Stores and from CPs
• Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to the respective partners
• Monitor adequacy and implementation of corrective actions
• Initiate preventive and corrective actions by analysing causes of damages and reporting it to the causing party
• Support the DS Area Neat & Clean Competence Networks’ needs

Requirements:

• Basic package knowledge, major in Package Engineering and 1+ year working experience in package industrial is a plus
• Good command of English and fluent in the local language
• Basic quality knowledge
• Basic knowledge of DC operations / logistics
• PC/Computer literate – Excel, Word, Power point
• Training experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment 
• Self driven, systematic and well organized person, Works well independently
• Good communication and relating skills, Excellent problem solving skills
• Service and quality oriented, willing to work on site in a warehouse environment
• Ability to organize training and workshop seminars
• Able to work with a variety of tasks under stress.
