KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

1.    Familiar with the business model of CMO/CDMO is a big plus.

2.    Strong technique background of .Net framework;

3.    Jave development experience is also a plus;

4.    Analyze requirements from BUs then filter invalidated noise, deliver business case together with business user.

5.    URS(user requirement specification) review and lead users to right direction in line with company strategy.

6.    Scenarios determination in term of IT technology and solution.

7.    Solution adoption and technical solution evaluation.

8.    Initializing STA IT projects, scope definition, timeline, cost baseline.

9.    Work closely with each STA SDM (Service Delivery Manager) to make sure IT projects landing properly.

10.  Works closely with all IT management team in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing specific information technologies that support the business plans and IT strategies

11.  Understand Waterfall / Scrum / Agile methodology to communicate with IT teams.

12.  Manage the 3rd party vendor service on the application development / customization. Participant to the vendor and solution selection process together with corporate architects.

13.  Sets and measures IT compliance objectives.

14.  Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes the STA IT PM improvement activities in collaboration with peer groups ( Ex: PMO, SDMs ).

15.  Maintains a strong understanding of technology and lab/pre-clinical applications. Continuously learn new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    10+ years of experience including 5+ years’ experiences in enterprise IT solution and project management;

2.    Strong technique background, .net is a must, Java and other technologies are the plus;

3.    Strong cross function leadership and good interpersonal skill in working with IT function and business leaders;

4.    Familiar of project management lifecycle and scrum model.

5.    Familiar with Pharma industry and IT solutions in pre-clinical phase

6.    Familiar with manufacturing system, and new IT technologies. Never stop learning

7.    Result driven nature;

8.    Demonstrates strong business minded consultative approach;

9.    Global application delivery and project management experience is a must
