JOB PURPOSE

1. Help to organize Quality management team regular management activities

2. Help to organize Quality director's working schedule and travel arrangement

3. Support quality control team for inspection task scheduling


GENERAL DESCRIPTION

l Based on quality director's request, arrange regular meeting with department managers for monthly meeting and problem follow up. Take necessary meeting memo, and follow up the problems discussed during meeting.

2 Help quality director to prepare the draft for monthly report to headquarter in Germany.

3 Help quality director to arrange the business trips.

4 May need to translate documents from German/English to English/Chinese, or vise versa.

5 Following certain regulation to make quality check sample list and follow the sampling progress of such samples

6 Based on incoming purchase orders, provide monthly inspection workload forecast (we provide the template for such forecast), and remind QC manager and Quality director for actions if there is big fluctuation on demand.

7 Work with other team assistants to arrange inspection tasks to individual inspectors in Zhejiang and Jiangsu province.

8 Other tasks from Quality director.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (What is required to perform the Essential Duties?)

1. Good Microsoft office operation capability.

2. Bachelor degree

3. Good English skill in speaking and writing.

4. German speaking/writing is a big plus.

5. Good communication skill and enjoying cooperation with others.

6. Careful, reliable, unobtrusive, good integrity

7. With >=2 years working experience.
