Project Manager:

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, lead and supervise team members on project activities concerned with tendering, execution, process of the construction and handover.
• Responsible for effective implementation in logical steps and successful completion of projects meeting project specifications, schedule planning, quality control and cost.
• Inspect and assure projects in compliance with building and safety codes, and other authority regulations.
• Liaise and attend meetings with client and relevant party to engage on the project and plan work execution.
• Responsible for project budget
• Good Leadership skill, and people skill
• Help Marketing for project pitching and proposal compose.
• Fluent English in writing, speaking and listening

Requirements:

• At least 10 years working experience and at least 5 years in PM position.
• Degree in Architectural /Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Good knowledge of building and safety codes, legal requirements.
• Good communicator with people skills and solution provider.
