Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Estimation of project costs
• Prepare the Bill of Quantity and Tender Documents
• Prepare the Specification
• Establish price Data Base
• Cost Control
• In Charge progress payment claims and project final accounts
• Help Marketing for project pitching

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• 2 - 5 years' relevant experience
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
• Fluent English in writing, speaking and listening

• Min. Education Level: Diploma
• Field of Study: Building / Construction / Project and Facilities Management
• Year of Experience Required: 5
• Skills: Survey design and implementation
