Reason: 1、 Support sourcing engineer during new vendor selection.
2、 Take charge of all supplier audit plan, problem solving, action tracking;
3、 Tracking all supplier performance and keep continuous improvement.
人员要求
Requirement 1. More than 3 years working experience in a multinational manufacturing company; background in machining/painting / welding/punching/automotive industry is preferred;
2. Good understanding of ISO9001:2000, QS9000, VDA6.1,TS16949 standard.
3. Rich experience for supplier development and training in the company
4. Familiar with manufacturing process, SPC capability study ,FEMA,PPAP.
5. Be fluent in English, and good compute skill
6. Self-motivated, good team-work spirit
7. Be responsible for periodical or non-periodical audit for supplier system
8. Take the responsibility to follow up and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action from supplier system, process as well as quality performance .
9. Be responsible for developing new supplier together with related dept.
