工作职能：

· 在除中国大陆外的亚太区域内开发和建立一级代理商网络，主要集中在工业发达国家（地区），如日本，新加坡，印度，马来西亚，澳大利亚等

· 有效支持区域内一级代理商的业务发展，包括市场活动，客户开发等，实现“从客户到合作伙伴”

· 管理一级代理商的业务和活动计划，预报会议和日常工作跟进

· 负责制定并执行营销目标和业务开发

资质要求：

· 工科学士背景至少三年从事经销商网络的工作经验或商科学士背景至少三年在机械电子原器件行业的工作经验

· 具备按钮开关行业知识以及建立管理经销商网络渠道经验者优先

· 目标导向型，抗压能力强，自我激励型

· 优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧，正面思考

· 优秀的英语写作和口语技巧，具备其他外语技能，如日语者优先考虑
