Qualified applicants for senior Java software engineer should possess following qualifications:

-1+ years full-time experience in Java Web application development

-Programming skills in Java, Java Servlet, HTML and Javascript

-Good understanding of Web Development paradigm and software development process

-Knowledge of relational database, SQL and XML

-Proficient in English reading and writing

-Hands-on experiences in BEA Weblogic/Oracle/Apache/Tomcat a big plus
