岗位要求

1、Cooperate with the main project designer to complete the design scheme, deepen the design and complete the construction drawing

配合主案设计师完成设计方案，做好深化设计工作，完成全套施工图绘制；

2、Fully understand the details of the design and transfer to the construction drawings

充分了解设计并转换成施工图之各项细节图纸；

3、Participate in the coordination and negotiation of project construction site

参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；

4、Responsible for the construction site modification and completion drawing of the project

负责工程项目的施工现场变更及竣工图制作；

5、The construction site needs to be followed up for drawing rectification to solve the construction difficulties

需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；

6、Assist to follow up all materials and project progress

协助配合在各项材料以及项目进度上跟进。

任职资格

1、College degree or above in architecture or related field, at least 3 years working experience in construction drawing production in architectural decoration design engineering company

建筑学等相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上建筑装饰设计工程类公司施工图制作经验；

2、Solid basic skills, excellent construction drawing, deep understanding of construction technology and materials, able to complete construction drawing independently

基本功扎实，施工图绘图优秀，对施工工艺、材料有非常深的了解，能够独立完成施工图；

3、Rich tooling experience, hotel experience is preferred

有丰富的工装经验，酒店经验者优先；

4、Good command of computer application, familiar with Autocad, ps, sketchup and other drawing software

熟练掌握计算机的应用、熟悉Autocad、ps、sketchup等绘图软件；

5、Experienced in the field, familiar with the construction process, able to go to the field, travel to other provinces to cooperate with the project

现场经验丰富，熟悉施工流程，能去现场、出差外省配合项目；
