岗位职责

1、To be responsible for the organization and implementation of the project of the design department, the implementation of the project design planning, and the reasonable optimization of the team work distribution

负责设计部项目的组织实施，执行项目设计的规划，合理优化组内人员工作分配；

2、Responsible for organizing regular skill training for the department, and coordinating problems between team members

负责对本部门组织进行定期技能培训，并且协调组员之间工作上的问题；

3、Guide and supplement the designer's plan, and follow up the improvement of the whole design

对设计师的方案进行指导、补充，并跟进完善整个设计；

4、Comprehensively control the progress, process, process quality and standards of each design project; Timely deal with project lag

全面把控各设计项目的进度、进程，过程品质和标准；及时处理项目滞后状态；

5、Effectively integrate the team, organize and coordinate the division of labor, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness

有效整合团队，组织协调分工，增强团队凝聚力和战斗力。

任职资格

1、College degree or above in architectural decoration and interior design

建筑装潢设计、室内设计相关专业，大专以上学历；

2、Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and other related professional software

熟悉操作AutoCAD、Photoshop等相关专业软件；

3、At least 5 years relevant working experience; Creative, strong design work presentation skills, able to complete projects independently, good communication with customers

5年以上相关工作经验；具创意，有较强的设计作品演示能力，能独立完成工程，与客户良好沟通；

4、Good team management experience, ability to work closely with the team, management experience is preferred

有良好的团队管理经验，能与团队紧密合作，有管理经验者优先考虑；

5、Good at creativity, active thinking, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills

善于创意发挥，思维活跃，有责任感，表达沟通能力强。

6. Rich experience in hotel commercial space design

有丰富的酒店商业空间设计经验；
