Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Supplier PO in JDE

• contact with Supplier and forwarder for track overseas shipment

• customers clearance in time

• Operate customer purchase order in JDE

• Ensure local delivery in time

• Co-operate with the third party logistics

• Stocktaking quarterly

• Working together with Planning

Accountability (What is the delivery):

• Keep correct data of JDE system JD

• Handle customer orders in time to promote good customer relationships

• Keep inventory qty meets JDE qty

• Implement company management policy.

Requirements:

• College and above educational background on foreign trade or logistics management

• Minimum 3 years related experience of customer service or order management.

• Holds customs declaration certificate and quarantine inspection qualification certificate preferred.

• Good communication skill & team work

• Carefulness & high responsibility

• Be in detail and data-sensitive

• Knowledge of ERP/JDE system preferred

• Active, flexible, can work under pressure.

• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language in reading and written
