Cadence is looking for a seasoned candidate to fill a position within the Sales Finance team to support our dynamic and fast paced Electronic Design Automation business in Asia Pacific region. This role is key to driving sustainable business growth and aligning the region's business processes and practices with HQ's directions and initiatives. This position will report to the Director of Finance, Asia Pacific.

Principle Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Account Sales team to provide advices on deal structure and business models for our software licensing, Intellectual Property products, Hardware and Services business.
2. Drive ASP/DMS approval matrix and manage relevant to strive better deal quality while wining customers.
3. Work with different functional teams throughout the quote-to-cash process to support deal closing and ensure the compliance with company's booking policy.
4. Collaborate with Account Sales team and different functional groups to customize deal structures to meet customers' specific requirements and develop new business models to capture new business opportunities.
5. Work closed with Finance team to generate weekly financial forecast.
6. Assist Management team in managing quota setting processes and communications.
7. Participate in annual financial planning and budgeting processes.
8. Take a key role in managing withholding tax and business tax in China.
9. Develop subject matter expertise in different processes and subjects with a view to establishing best practices and in-depth knowledge.
10. Perform different kinds of financial analysis and simulations relating to ad hoc requests.

Experiences and Requirements
? Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area required
? Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment.
? Experience in high tech industry is preferred.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Fluent written and spoken English.
? Proficient in excel.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
? 5 year experience in a Finance function.
