？ Support Concept Engineer and Sales to pursue new business opportunities, Win business from variant customers. Transfer new business to development engineering

？ Understand Global and China product market trends (new product design), Benchmarking competitor products

？ Freeze design concept with customers, Analyze customer needs

？ Prepare design proposal with Concept Engineer, Drafting standards for component & assembly drawings

？ Other assigned business 

任职要求：

？ BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years work experience in Automotive components design ( Switch/Interior Lamp function), Familiar with LSAT products

？ 3-D solid modeling experience (CATIA or UG preferred)

？ Understand fabrication processes for plastic and metal components, Basic electrical design (Ohm’s law), PCB layout for LED, relays, etc

？ Strong business acumen with Market and Customer focus and able to identify and relate to the target market

？ Team-working and capability of analysis and problem-solving

？ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in the development projects

？ Strong communication and presentation skills ,Independent thinker

？ Good command of English and Chinese both in oral and written

？ Availability to travel as needed
