职位描述
The role of Customer Service Officer is to assist Customer Service Supervisor to perform day to day activities within the Customer Service Department including assisting all customers, the various business units and external Sales Representatives with questions, concerns and demands that arise regarding their accounts and/or orders.
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities
· Supervises and coordinate activities of Administrative and Receptionist activities with emphasis to support the customer service department.
· Establish work schedules, work assignments and performance management
· Provide support to customers, sales representatives and other internal departments
· Work directly and closely with the sales team to provide quality customer supports
· Work directly with the Global Operations and Planning to ensure timely shipment of orders
· Provide training, review service levels and open orders to meet service level metrics for emerging markets
· Run reports as needed for customer service department to support meeting department goals
· Oversee GCP/CTO order process to ensure that orders are placed correctly within the time and action calendar. Maintain ongoing review of dates on these orders and work with production and logistics to communicate date changes to the customer service team.
· Review, research and address customer service issues regarding Vendor compliance and charge backs
· Works with Global Sourcing and other departments within the supply chain to develop and improve processes and efficiency
· Participate in the establishment of SAP, retail management, inventory management, and any software or IT system related to customer service
· Develop and facilitates SAP training and education for customer service department as needed
· Other duties and special projects as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Behaviors
· Minimum of five year of Customer Service or related experience
· Strong computer skills including MS Office. SAP knowledge a plus.
· SAP experience a plus
· Demonstrated analytical and reporting capabilities
· Ability to establish work procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Record of being an effective contributor to team projects and initiatives
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
· Enthusiastic, pro-active and positive person who manages change with urgency and persistence
· Ability to understand and effectively utilize technical information
· Authentic and compelling communication style
· Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize activities
· Demonstrated decision making skills
· Knowledge of the product line (graphics, color, etc) a plus
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subject area
Travel Requirement
· 5% to 10%
