职位描述
主要职责
协助顾问完成客户的人才寻访委托，包括
1. 在顾问指导下深度理解客户委托需求和人才寻访方向
2. 搜集并整理目标公司信息
3. 通过公司人才库，电话，网络以及人际关系搜集目标公司相关人才的信息
4. 与目标人才联络与沟通并初步判断其合适度，说服目标人才提供简历
5. 独立面试目标人才并作出准备判断
6. 协调顾问安排客户和目标人才的面试
7. 发展和维护与目标人才的良好关系
职位要求
1. 大学专科及以上学历
2. 1年以上工作经验，有销售或人才寻访经验优先
3. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
4. 团队协作精神
5. 良好的责任心和主动性
6. 良好的英语能力口语与阅读能力
