？ Market Relevant:

n Monitoring, understanding and reporting on the performance of our products and its competitors within the market; Analyze market and consumer data and make new products line-up and mid-term roadmap recommendations to management

n Identify and size opportunities for new products and services within existing and potential markets.

n Perform in-depth market research with end users including field research, surveys and prototype testing.

？ Product Relevant:

n Prepare investment proposals to communicate with global R&D team and corporate leadership team approval.

n Support the utilization of technical resources of overseas products in China

n Assessing the potential for new launches and building successful launch plans with other departments.

n Support new product launches( technical and training support) implementation and strive to maintain growth on pillar products

n Interact effectively with other departments (marketing, sales, commercial operation, and finance departments) to support marketing objectives

n Handle technical training and coordinate product technical resources

n Set-up new products development, follow up and control QCD(Quality, Cost, Delivery) during the whole period.

？ Others:

n Working with external agencies including government vendors, OEM, ODM etc.

n Handle the product related files, such as 3C, MOH and so on.

n Complete the tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above.

？ More than 5 years above experience at brand/product marketing in multinational companies.

？ Experience on leading marketing campaign development and implementation

？ Good project management and communication skill

？ Strategic thinking and analytical skill

？ Result-oriented and creative thinking

？ Good command of oral and writing in English

Proficiency on Office software (Powerpoint, excel, word, etc.)
