Responsibility:

1)To establish SMT inspection plan and quality related samples with internal team

2)To review all in-process inspection reports, disposition and control

3)To analysis and corrective action plan for In-house and customers rejection

4)Responsible for daily QRQC

5)Deal with customer complain, ensure all “NG” parts are controlled, segregated, and disposed accordingly. Analyse the reason of defeat parts, issue corrective action

6)Responsible for training of in-process inspectors, and QC team

7)Perform process quality audit, and follow up the improvement plan

8)Establish project quality documentation, Early involve and monitor project life, deal customer audit,customer complaint, return and service

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Mechnicial or Electrical major

At least 5 years working experience in SMT quality function

Good knowledge for ISO9001/14001/OHSAS18001/TS16949, SPC SIXSIGMA, Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, PFMEA, MSA etc

Good skills in communication, result orientation, decision making, strong team work spirit, family with different kind of analysis tools. Fluent in English both in writing and speaking.

SMT & FPC exerpience is prefered.
