Responsibilities:

1. Preparing clinical trial material (CTM) supply program per clinical request and CTM manufacturing lead time.
2. Coordinating CTM supply timeline and quantity with API team, drug product team and CMO to meet clinical need.
3. Responsible for CTM shipment from CMO warehouse to clinical depot or clinical sites with applicable condition based on CTM stability and clinical instructions
4. Responsible for shipping vendor selection, contract negotiation, importing & exporting affairs including custom clearance.
5. Overseeing and tracking CTM inventory in internal warehouse, CMO warehouse and clinical depots in order to maintain a safety stock.
6. Supporting pre-clinical material supply including API and formulation to meet requirements of toxicity, DMPK and biology study.
7. Communicating with clinical project managers, CMO, CMC project leaders and QA people about packaging/labeling issues and quality supporting documents including label information review.
8. Project management for specific project including timeline/data/budget management, and meeting arrangement.
9. Assisting CMC team in regulatory affairs, such as providing guidance of CFDA, FDA, ICH and EMEA regulations.

Qualifications：

1. A bachelor or above degree is required in pharmaceutical science, biology, chemistry, medicine or supply chain management.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical related field.
3. Hands-on experiences in pharmaceutical project management, preferably with drug product supply chain experience.
4. Solid understanding of GMP or GSP requirements for manufacturing and quality assurance.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills
