Responsibilities:

1. tail IT solutions implementation:
2. Proactively seek for mid-term & long-term advanced technical solution to support retail business development strategy like OMNI channel etc.;
3. Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing retailing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging existing retailing systems;
4. Organize the feasibility study among all related business parties, translate business requirements into IT system requirement and work out high level project roadmap and detail action plan;
5. am & Project Management:
6. Work out all retail project ROI, schedule and quality control;
7. In charge of routine working plan of the whole retail team, setup team members KPIs and conduct annual performance appraisal;
8. Design team development plan, create an open, positive, cooperative working environment to bring out a high productivity team;
9. Motivating, coaching and developing team members to achieve predefined target;
10. tail System Daily Support:
11. Lead team to provide strong and steady support on existing retailing systems like POS / CRM / HRMS;
12. Develop and continuously optimize store IT system SOP;
13. Improve user satisfaction through continuous system enhancement;
14. curity Management:
15. To implement corporate IT overall security concept in all stores;
16. Closely check all retail IT system running status and perform risk assessment;
17. Conduct annual retail system audit to keep compliance all the time.
    
    
18. >Requirements:
19. Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the job:
20. Over 8 years Retail industry system implementation and support experience in Multinational Corporation;
21. At least 5 years of proven IT team management experience;
22. At least 5 full cycle large retailing system implementation;
23. Very familiar with popular POS/CRM solutions;
24. High integrity, mature, stable and accountability;
25. Analytical mindset and business oriented;
26. Both a team player and team leader;
27. ucation and Certification Requirements:
28. Master or Bachelor above in computer related field;
29. Fluent reading, writing, listening and speaking in Mandarin and English;

Golden Goose黄金鹅：自学而成的设计师 Alessandro Gallo 和 Francesca Rinaldo 于2000 年创立了 Golden Goose。品牌的柱基除在于两位设计师对时装和艺术的爱戴外，亦在于他俩拥有意大利传统的精神，以及对英式裁艺的欣赏。Gallo和Rinaldo未曾接受正统的时装 设计和裁剪训练，他们的知识和技术都在品牌成立的初期，在不同的工场学回来的。然而他们所缺乏的传统训练也令他们较一般设计师更勇于突 破界限，作出新尝试。Golden Goose擅于将复古的物料重新制作成原创品，结合传统一丝不苟的剪裁及对细节的执着，制造出时尚、舒适又典雅的男、女服装，配饰和鞋履。
