Qualification / 资格

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

• Good communication skills, open personality, leading people organizing projects

• Technical background focus automotive from OEM or supplier

• Production planning competency including MTA (tact), lean etc.

• Must know quality standards of OEM

• Experienced in assembly planning for automotive industry

• Good problem solving and negotiation skills

• Good organization and coordination skill

• Fluently English speaking and writing skills

• Flexible working time and high willing to travel

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验 

• At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background

• At least 7 - 10 years related planning working experience in Automotive / Engineering services / product development / preferred at Germen JV / OEM

c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

Project related tasks

• Planning of Final Auto Assembly Lines and CKD Plants

• During planning considering all equipment related necessities like media demand of equipment / special tooling

• Experience in creating technical specifications for tendering (RFQ documents)

• SE analysis of assembly from start of concept to SOP

• Good knowledge of tact time evaluation

• Understanding Quality concepts

• Knowledge of conveyor technology and planning

• Process- and concept planning

• Creation of performance specifications

• Project coordination, scheduling, planning and monitoring

• Management and completion of integrates planning projects

• Software skills CATIA V5 (good knowledge), PALO, Solid Edge, APIS-IQ FMEA, Microstation

• Interface between technical development and production.

• Evaluation of modification in the product and joining sequence/-technologies

• Planning of production processes and cycle time
