The Service Technician reports to the Service manager and he/she is in close contact with the responsible Service Area. His/Her task is to support in all technical questions and to maintain the service network and improve service quality by taking care and executing of technical trainings.

  

  

Tasks:

  

• Responsible for Service hotline

• Customer satisfactory survey

• Train technical staff of our Service partners

• Consultation in technical questions

• Administration and follow up of warranty notifications

• Quality and management reporting

• Tandem visit to coach RSP (internal and external)

• Improvement of product and service quality in the long term

• Service call dispatch & process

                  

  

Practical Experience/Skills; The person has ……

  

• Well-grounded technical know-how paired with advisory skills

• Experience in the field of technical service and in dealing with dealer/distributor/service partner networks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good IT-abilities ( CAD, Ms Office; SAP preferred)

• Willingness to travel/valid driver’s license

          

  

Qualities; The person ……

  

• Understands technical questions and issues and can explain complex technical information in an easily understandable way

• Is communicative and it is easy for him/her to establish a good contact

• Has diplomatic skills, is patient and has always an open ear for the customer’s complaints and questions

• Is proactive, enthusiastic, open minded and customer-oriented

        

  

Qualification;

  

Electrician, Mechatronic or similar (e.g. engineer)

  

  

Languages:

  

• English

• German and other languages and advantageous
