Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Account Manager

· Support product team in company head quarter, help them to understand and communicate customer requirements

· Drive continuous improvements in all forms.

· Conduct promotion and sales activities with designated customers through regular sales calls/visits

· Propose and negotiate VA/VE to improve profitability of business in coordination with project team.

· Promote added value product to customers

· Participate in marketing or relevant promotion activities.

· Familiarize with the customer organization so as to identify key decision makers

· Coordinate with other relevant departments for preparation of the RFQ, define pricing according to company procedures, conduct sales negotiations. And prepare the customer quotation.

· Proposes customer strategy to company

· Responsible for Sales Forecast , budget and related planning.

· Liaise with company in head quarter to ensure coherence in management of global account

· Support in the product design and development by being an active APQP member

· Assist company department teams (quality, production, SCM…) ensure customers’ satisfaction

· Market intelligence activities : support to collect data on customers and market

· EHS compliance. Full compliance with local regulations & laws and company procedures /rules including road safety. Attend company training.

· Support management in other tasks as required.
