• > 3-8 yrs experience in appropriate field, facilities maintenance and Safety

Skills

• Demonstrable practical ability to solve facilities problems to a high standard.

• Demonstrable ability in repairing or organizing repair of building facilities

• Ability to repair facilities, Lights, Water, Power, Vacuum systems, Extractions systems, HVAC,

• Ability to follow maintenance plans and maintenance systems and Organize the facilities

• Ability to ask questions when things are unclear.

• Ability to suggest improvements to improve the facilities or maintenance operations, utilization, costs , safety and effect on environment.

• Strong understanding of maintenance, predictive, preventive and improvement culture.

• Ability to drive all maintenance activates on all facilities and production.

• Ability to quickly master new facts, process and learn

• Basic English level spoken and written is an advantage

• Good ability in Microsoft office tools.

• Team player with great motivation for team communications.

• High motivation levels, self-responsibility, ability to work independently.

• Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all facilities maintenance, including power, lights, water, compressed air, air-con, air extraction and other systems as needed.

• Responsible for maintaining at highest performance these equipment and systems including predictive, preventive maintenance and continuous improvements.

• Responsible for the look of the inside of the building.

• Responsible for safety on site. – all aspects.

• Drive improvements in self improvements and skill sets, and also improve the team.

• KPI and other matter reporting to top management. Driving and improving, continuous improvement on KPI and other things

• Keeping up to date with changes in Quality and Quality Management and or Environmental Management systems and deploying the changes in the team.

• Keeping up to date with changes in other teams and deploying them.
