MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责 

？ Support production line on the shift to resolve equipment issue 

？ Support production line on the shift to resolve process issue 

？ Participate in TPM/PM activities 

？ Assist engineer to work on the line upgrade 

？ Assist engineer to manage spare parts 

？ Work together with production team to optimize operation process to maximize output 

？ Work with engineer to improve process pass yield and reduce down time 

？ Participate in continuous improvement program 

？ As rep. of department on the shift, need to communicate with production and quality shift support team in terms of equipment and process issues. 

？ Collect equipment and process related data from shift and prepare shift down time report for engineer’s analysis 

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求 

？ Familiar with automotive electronics manufacturing process and equipment is highly preferred 

？ Hands on PLC programming and diagnostic is desired 

？ Hands on with mechanical tools application 

？ Skills of Simple English communication is preferred. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求 

？ Educational: Diploma / Degree in mechanical/electronics engineering related field, or equivalent education. 

？ Experience: at least 2 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (final assembly). Experience with fully automation assembly line is desired.

关键技能资格能力要求

?熟悉汽车电子制造工艺和设备是高度优先

?手在PLC编程和诊断需要

?手在使用机械工具的应用程序

?技能的简单英语交流者优先。

教育和经验教育及经验要求

?教育:机械/电子工程相关专业文凭/学位,或同等教育。

经验:至少2年以上电子制造环境经验(总装)。完全自动化生产线的经验。
