MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  

• To perform Quality department activities which consists of ensuring the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.

• To assist with supplier development and assist with performing audits / surveys. To monitor internal and supplier processes using Process Documentation such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.

• To assist/coordinate customer, internal, and supplier corrective and preventive actions.

• To assist/coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages and equipment including training.

• To assist/coordinate process capability studies.

• To perform/assist inspection and calibration activities internally or externally including procurement, design, recall, and disposal.

• To assist/coordinate product and process changes.

• To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to Quality Systems.

• To perform any other duties directed by immediate leader.

• Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.

• Significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved personal performance.

• Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operation procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.

  

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

  

• Basic English comprehension through reading related technical documents in English.

• Analytical problem solving, failure analysis.

• Usage inspection gauges and equipments

• Be able to perform night shift duty/rotation.

  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

  

• Technical degree in mechanism or Technical higher diploma with similar major.

• At least 2 years of similar work experience.

• Experience working in industry environment and widely involve in quality-related activities such as SPC, PFMEA, 8D, Control Plan, Process Flow, audit.

• Experience in production quality support, decision-making, containment action.

• Machining experience background in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
