MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• To lead continuous improvement activities, 5S and other corporate requirements (as required from time to time) at production floor.

• To study and ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipments as optimized.

• To lead in development of spare parts list for all production machines and equipments and thereafter to ensure availability of these spare parts on site.

• To meet company’s and related eQOS goals.

• To enforce utilization of the quality systems at the production floor such as TS 16949.

• To support daily production floor activities, in absence of production Team Leader.

• To assist management in development of operating plan, capacity plan, resources and other corporate plan requirement.

• To liaise with the integrated partners in up keeping the Assembly lines in good working conditions.

• To continuously perform process improvement study for higher manufacturability of the Assembly process.

• To develop and update PFMEA and process instructions and other required process documents.

• To train and certify process operators.

• To develop and implement OJT programs, audit 5S activities.

• To perform process cycle time studies and promote lean manufacturing methodology.

• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mature and responsible leader, able to provide clear direction and guidance to the team.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision making skills and report writing skills.
• Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
• Skilled design tools, eg. Auto CAD, Pro-E or Cateria.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in Quality Systems, and experience in SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, and FMEA.
